2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LionCV ("the Service") at liioncv.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

LionCV is an AI-powered CV and resume builder. The Service allows users to create, edit, and export professional CVs using AI assistance. Features include AI text extraction, AI text improvement, job tailoring, and PDF export.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system
• All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK)
• Prices may be subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing users
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe

6. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a consumer purchasing digital services within the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distans- och hemförsäljningslagen, SFS 2005:59).

However, by completing a purchase of credits, you expressly request that the digital service (delivery of credits) begins immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that once the credits have been delivered to your account, you lose your right of withdrawal for that purchase, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 12, Point 1 of the Distance Contracts Act.

This waiver is confirmed by the checkbox you tick during checkout. If you have not yet used any of the purchased credits and believe there has been an error, please contact us within 14 days and we will assess your case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credits system
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

8. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create using LionCV. We do not claim any rights over your CV data. Your CV content is stored locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to assist with content creation. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it in your CV.

10. Limitation of Liability

LionCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, employment outcomes, or business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory Swedish consumer law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. As a consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
